3 Day Initial EPA Lead Inspector Training

4-day initial training course for individuals seeking EPA, HUD and/or state certification for supervising and performing lead-based paint abatement work in residential and commercial buildings.

This 1-day (8 hour) refresher course is offered to individuals who have successfully completed an accredited lead-based paint risk assessment initial class within the past three years. Refresher courses concentrate on regulation changes, updates and new developments in state-of-the-art technology.

Lead-based paint Supervisor Refresher Training - 8 hour

2-day initial training course for individuals seeking EPA, HUD and/or state certification for performing lead-based paint abatement work under the direction of a certified Lead-Based Paint Abatement Supervisor.

Lead Awareness Level Training for Construction Workers

4 Hours Initial Training for personnel working on or around lead-based paint on pipeline installations

Lead Poisoning Prevention Awareness Training

8-hour initial training for workers who will be removing non-friable asbestos-containing Pipeline Coating.

4-day (32 hours) initial training course for individuals that will be working under the direction of an EPA and/or state certificated Asbestos Supervisor and performing Class I-IV asbestos work all buildings including K-12 schools, as well as in public and commercial buildings.

Asbestos Awareness training is designed for Employees whose work activities may contact asbestos containing materials (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing materials (PACM), but who do not disturb ACM or PACM during their work activities (Class IV operations).

This 4 hour class is designed to provide an overview of asbestos regulations and procedures for individuals responsible for buildings where asbestos-containing materials are present. The class follows the curriculum recommended for individuals who will assume the role of Designated Person in a school.
