Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Refresher Training - 8 Hour

4-day initial training course for individuals seeking EPA, HUD and/or state certification for supervising and performing lead-based paint abatement work in residential and commercial buildings.

This 1-day (8 hour) refresher course is offered to individuals who have successfully completed an accredited lead-based paint risk assessment initial class within the past three years. Refresher courses concentrate on regulation changes, updates and new developments in state-of-the-art technology.

The AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector course is a 3 Day initial training class which is required for anyone who will inspect for asbestos in any school, home, public, commercial or industrial building.

This 4-Hour Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Technician Refresher class meets the requirements of EPA-AHERA and the revised OSHA rules for individuals who have completed 16 hour O&M Training.

This 16-Hour Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Technician Initial class meets the requirements of EPA-AHERA and the revised OSHA rules for individuals who will perform Class III asbestos work.

2-day initial training course for individuals seeking EPA, HUD and/or state certification for performing lead-based paint abatement work under the direction of a certified Lead-Based Paint Abatement Supervisor.

8-hour initial training for workers who will be removing non-friable asbestos-containing roofing materials.

Lead Awareness Level Training for Construction Workers

4-day (32 hours) initial training course for individuals that will be working under the direction of an EPA and/or state certificated Asbestos Supervisor and performing Class I-IV asbestos work all buildings including K-12 schools, as well as in public and commercial buildings.

Asbestos Awareness training is designed for Employees whose work activities may contact asbestos containing materials (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing materials (PACM), but who do not disturb ACM or PACM during their work activities (Class IV operations).

This 4 hour class is designed to provide an overview of asbestos regulations and procedures for individuals responsible for buildings where asbestos-containing materials are present. The class follows the curriculum recommended for individuals who will assume the role of Designated Person in a school.

The mold worker course consists of 8 hours of training designed to give attendees a general understanding of mold as well as an overview of mold remediation practices and personal protective equipment.

The mold awareness training course provides a basic understanding of what molds are, why they can become a problem, and what building owners and occupants can do to reduce control exposure and reduce potential liabilities.
