Asbestos - Project Design Initial

This 24-hour course is required for all individuals who will design asbestos abatement projects, design response actions for schools or write asbestos abatement plans.

Description

This three-day course is required for individuals who will design asbestos abatement projects, develop response actions or write asbestos abatement plans or specifications.

The course introduces individuals to the health effects and regulatory concerns of asbestos, and the various aspects of designing an abatement project.

Outcomes

This course meets the AHERA, ASHARA and TSCA Title II Accreditation for project designers and is approved by the EPA, MDH and NDDEQ.
